I had a mixed experience with Gimbans technologies. The website gimbans.com is well-designed and easy to use. However, their customer service was not up to the mark. It took them a long time to respond to my queries. Overall, I would say that Gimbans technologies needs to improve their customer service to provide a better experience to their clients.
