I recently used this company for a small renovation project. The overall experience was decent, but there were a few hiccups along the way that slowed down the process. The communication could have been better, as I often had to follow up for updates. The quality of the work was satisfactory, but there were some details that needed to be revisited. On the positive side, the staff was friendly and professional, and they were willing to address my concerns. Overall, it was an average experience. Hopefully, they can improve their communication and attention to detail to provide a better customer experience in the future. 😐
