I recently purchased a hot tub from this company and I have to say, I am mildly satisfied with my experience. The quality of the product is decent, and the features are fairly standard. However, I did encounter some issues with the delivery process and customer service. The website was easy to navigate, but I think they could improve on providing more detailed product information. Overall, it's an average experience for me. The installation went smoothly, and I'm enjoying the hot tub, but there were some hiccups along the way. Hopefully, they can work on their customer support and communication to enhance the overall customer experience. 🛀
