I recently visited this dealership to explore their vehicle options, and while the showroom was impressive, I was disappointed with the overall customer service. The staff seemed preoccupied and inattentive, making it difficult to get the assistance I needed. Additionally, the website was not user-friendly, and I encountered some technical issues while trying to browse their inventory online. Despite these drawbacks, the dealership's location is convenient, and the vehicles on display were of high quality. However, the lackluster customer experience detracted from the overall impression. I hope the company can improve its customer service and website functionality to better serve potential customers in the future.
