I stumbled upon this hidden gem in Issaquah and I couldn't be happier. The sushi at Aji & Grill is out of this world. Every bite is bursting with flavor and the fish just melts in your mouth. The service is top-notch, with attentive and friendly staff. The prices are reasonable for the amazing quality of the food. Highly recommend trying Aji if you're a sushi lover!
