A.o. smith employees federal credit union is an av...

A.o. smith employees federal credit union is an average financial institution. I've been banking with them for a few years now, and while they have a decent range of products, their customer service is lacking. The staff often seems disinterested and not very helpful. The online banking platform could use some improvements as well. Overall, I'm not overly impressed but they get the job done.
