I recently shopped online at tuutkia.com and had an average experience. The website was easy to navigate, and I found a decent selection of products. However, I was a bit disappointed with the customer service. I had some questions about a product, but it took a while to get a response from their support team. The delivery was on time, but the packaging could have been better. Overall, it was an okay experience, but there are definitely areas for improvement.
