I had a mixed experience with Sfn Group. While their customer service was great, the overall product quality was just average. The website was easy to navigate and the ordering process was smooth. However, I was not completely satisfied with the product when it arrived. The material felt cheap and the stitching was not done well. I would recommend the company for their customer service, but they need to improve the quality of their products.
