I've been practicing yoga for many years, and Trikāya yoga is by far the best company I've come across. The instructors are knowledgeable and have a deep understanding of yoga. The classes are well-structured and the studio itself exudes a sense of tranquility. I highly recommend Trikāya yoga to all yoga enthusiasts.
