I have been a customer of Texas Rural Education Association Risk Management Cooperative (TX REARMC) for the past few years and I must say that their services are average. While they do provide the basic insurance coverage required for our educational institution, the overall experience has been just satisfactory. The customer support can be slow at times, and the claim process is not the most efficient. However, their rates are competitive, and they do offer a wide range of coverage options. I believe there is room for improvement, but for now, it serves our needs.
