I recently signed up for a service with this company and found it to be an average experience overall. The website was user-friendly and easy to navigate, which made the signup process simple. However, I found their customer support to be lacking. When I had a question about my account, it took quite some time to receive a response, and even then, the answer was not very helpful. Additionally, I had some issues with the payment system, as it did not always process my payments correctly. While the company did eventually resolve the issue, it was a bit frustrating to deal with. On a positive note, the service they provide is unique and has the potential to be beneficial for renters. However, improvements in customer support and payment processing are needed for a better overall experience.
