I have been training at Commando Krav Maga Mexico for a few years now and I can honestly say it is the best self-defense program I have ever come across. The instructors are highly skilled and passionate about what they do. The training sessions are challenging but rewarding, and the techniques taught are practical and effective. I feel more empowered and confident in my ability to protect myself since joining this program.
