I recently attended a baking course at Lavonne Academy and it was fantastic! The instructors were skilled and patient, guiding us through the entire process step by step. The facility was well-equipped and the atmosphere was welcoming. I really enjoyed the hands-on approach to learning and gained a lot of valuable techniques and knowledge. I definitely recommend Lavonne Academy to anyone interested in baking!
