I had a mixed experience with Relax Time Travel Ltd. Overall, I would rate them as average. The booking process was smooth, and their website was easy to navigate. However, the customer service could have been better. The staff was not very friendly and didn't provide much assistance. The trip itself was enjoyable, but I expected a bit more excitement and adventure. I would consider trying them again in the future, but only if they improve their customer service.
