I have been a customer of Sercom de colima for the past two years and I must say that their service has been average. While they do deliver on time and have a decent selection of products, the quality is not always consistent. There have been instances where I received faulty items and had to go through the hassle of getting a replacement. The customer support team is responsive, but it can still be frustrating to deal with these issues. Overall, Sercom de colima is an okay company to do business with, but there is definitely room for improvement.
