My experience with Ideal Plan Management was a bit underwhelming. While their website was easy to use and navigate, their customer service was lacking. I had to wait a long time to get a response to my queries, and when I did receive a response, it wasn't very helpful. I expected better service from a company like Ideal Plan Management.
