The experience with Keukey was average. The website is easy to navigate and the overall process of ordering and delivery was smooth. However, the quality of the products could be improved. The items I received were not exactly as described and the customer service was not very helpful in resolving the issue. I hope Keukey takes customer feedback seriously and works on enhancing their products and services.
