I recently used the services of this company for property management, and I must say I was impressed with their prompt response and professionalism. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, assisting me with all my queries and concerns. However, I did notice a slight lack of transparency when it came to certain fees, which was a bit disappointing. Nevertheless, overall, the experience was satisfactory. They were efficient in addressing maintenance issues and ensuring tenant satisfaction. The company's online portal made it convenient to access documents and information. In terms of communication, there were a few hiccups, but nothing major. I’d say they are doing a decent job with room for improvement. 👍🏼
