I've been a customer of Label gate, co.,ltd. (sony music japan) for a while now, and I must say their service is average. The website ottolaboratories.es is decent, but it could be more user-friendly. They offer a good range of music, but I often find it difficult to discover new artists. The quality of their products is satisfactory, but the shipping can sometimes be slow. Overall, an okay experience.
