The experience I had with Knudson lp was average. The work quality was decent, but there were delays in completing the project. Communication could have been better, as I had to constantly follow up for updates. I expected a more seamless experience. However, they were responsive to my concerns and addressed them eventually. An improvement in project management would be beneficial.
