I had a rather disappointing experience with Ideal Plan Management. Their customer service was subpar, as they were slow in responding to my queries and did not provide satisfactory answers. Moreover, their website was not user-friendly at all, making it difficult to find the information I needed. I wouldn't recommend Ideal Plan Management based on my experience.
