I have been a customer of Grupo ruda for the past year and I must say that their service is average. The website is user-friendly and navigating through it is a breeze. However, I found their customer support to be lacking. It took them quite a while to respond to my queries and when they did, the answers were not very helpful. I hope they improve their customer service as it can greatly enhance the overall experience.
