I recently used the services of a property inspection company through their website "proinspections.com.au", and overall, my experience was average. The website itself was easy to navigate and provided sufficient information about their services. The booking process was relatively simple, and the inspector arrived on time.

However, I found the communication with the company to be lacking. There were delays in responding to my emails, which was frustrating. In terms of the actual inspection, while the inspector seemed knowledgeable, I expected a more detailed report. Some important aspects were overlooked, and I had to follow up for clarification.

On the positive side, the inspector was professional, courteous, and answered my questions patiently. They did provide some valuable insights during the inspection. However, for the price I paid, I expected a more thorough and comprehensive inspection report. In the future, I may consider exploring other options before booking with this company again.
