The China Science Publishing & Media Group Ltd is an average company. I have had a mixed experience with them. On one hand, their website is informative and easy to navigate. On the other hand, their customer service is lacking. I had difficulty getting a response to my inquiries and it took a long time to get the information I needed. Overall, I would say they are just average.
