I had an okay experience with Richard Bonanomi Architect. While the team was polite and professional, I felt that there could have been more creativity in the design process. The end result was acceptable but didn't match my initial expectations. There were a few communication hiccups along the way, and I had to make several revisions to get the desired outcome. Overall, an average experience.
