I recently visited the medical center and had an average experience. The staff was friendly and welcoming, but the wait times were a bit long. The website was easy to navigate and provided useful information about their services. However, I wasn't completely satisfied with the level of professionalism from some of the medical practitioners. It felt like they were rushing through my appointment without giving me sufficient time to ask questions or address my concerns. The facilities were clean and well-maintained, which was a positive aspect. Overall, I would rate my experience as average. There were some positives, but there were also areas that could use improvement to enhance the overall customer experience at the medical center.
