I've been banking with Cbi bank & trust for a while now and overall, I'm satisfied with their service. The website is easy to use and I appreciate the convenience of online banking. The customer service has been decent, but nothing exceptional. I think they could improve their interest rates on savings accounts. Overall, it's a good bank.
