I had a mixed experience with Alturex. On one hand, the product I purchased was of great quality and arrived on time. However, I was not completely satisfied with the customer service. I had some inquiries and it took longer than expected to receive a response. Overall, I am happy with my purchase, but I hope Alturex can improve their communication with customers in the future.
