I have been a customer of Østkraft net a/s for the past two years and I must say their services are average. Although their website is user-friendly and their customer service is responsive, I have had some issues with the reliability of their electricity supply. There have been a few instances where the power went out unexpectedly, causing inconvenience for me and my family. Overall, I would rate Østkraft net a/s as average.
