The food at Pecos Pit Bar-B-Que is absolutely amazing. I was blown away by the delicious flavors and tender texture of the barbecued meats. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the atmosphere was cozy and inviting. I highly recommend trying the brisket and the pulled pork - they were both out of this world! Overall, I had a great dining experience and will definitely be coming back for more.
