I recently tried a delivery service from a company that shall remain nameless, and I was quite disappointed with their service. However, I decided to give Dispatched a try, and I must say, they exceeded my expectations. The delivery arrived on time, and the driver was polite and professional. The only reason I'm giving them an average rating is because the website could use some improvements in terms of user experience. Overall, a decent company to work with.
