I recently hired a media company to handle my advertising campaigns, and I had a mixed experience. While they did a decent job in terms of delivering the expected results, I found their communication lacking. There were instances where I had to follow up multiple times to get updates. Moreover, they didn't pay attention to the details I specifically mentioned. Overall, an average experience but could have been better.
