I recently worked with a real estate company, and while the overall experience was average, there were some aspects that could be improved. The website was easy to navigate and had a good selection of properties, but I found the customer service to be somewhat lacking. Communication was not as prompt as I would have liked, and there were some delays in receiving information about properties. Additionally, I felt that the level of professionalism could be raised, as I encountered a few inconsistencies in the information provided. While I did eventually find a property that suited my needs, I believe that with some adjustments to their customer service and attention to detail, this company could greatly improve the overall experience for their clients.
