The services provided by Highseas general trading ...

The services provided by Highseas general trading company are average at best. While they do deliver on time, their communication and customer service leave much to be desired. There have been instances where my shipments were delayed without any prior notice, causing inconvenience. I expected more from them considering the positive reviews I had read, but unfortunately, they haven't lived up to my expectations.
