I had a mixed experience with Sfn Group. Their customer service was good, but the product I received was not up to my expectations. The website was user-friendly and the ordering process was smooth. However, the quality of the product was subpar. The material felt cheap and the stitching was poorly done. I would recommend Sfn Group for their customer service, but they need to work on improving the quality of their products.
