I had a mediocre experience with The Expert Holiday Travel. While their website is user-friendly and the prices are reasonable, their customer service left a lot to be desired. I encountered several issues when trying to book my vacation, and it took multiple calls and emails to get them resolved. Additionally, there were some hidden fees that were not disclosed upfront, which was quite frustrating. Overall, I would say that The Expert Holiday Travel is just okay.
