🙂 The customer service at Boyd's of Texas was decent. I recently purchased a product from them through their website, boydsoftx.com, and I found the website to be user-friendly and easy to navigate. The ordering process was straightforward, and my package arrived within the expected timeframe. However, I felt that the overall quality of the product was just average. It met my basic requirements but lacked that extra something to make it exceptional. While I wasn't blown away by their offerings, I also wasn't completely disappointed. It would be nice to see some improvements in the product selection and quality. 💁‍♂️
