I am really enjoying my Yoga journey with the Yoga therapy & training centre (yttc) at yogaireland.com. The instructors are incredibly knowledgeable and passionate, creating an inclusive and welcoming environment. The center itself is beautiful and provides a peaceful space for practicing Yoga. The variety of classes ensures that I never get bored and always have something new to learn. I have noticed a significant improvement in my overall fitness and mindfulness since joining the center. Highly recommended!
