I had a mixed experience with Cengage learning emea. The content was good overall, but the customer service was lacking. It took a long time to get a response to my inquiries. However, once I did get a response, the representative was helpful and knowledgeable. The website was easy to navigate and I had no trouble accessing my materials. Overall, I would rate my experience as average.
