I recently used the services of this logistics company to ship some products for my business. The website was easy to navigate and I found their contact information easily. However, the overall experience was just average. The delivery took longer than expected and the customer service could have been more responsive. The tracking system was a bit confusing and could be improved for better accuracy. On a positive note, the packages arrived in good condition and the pricing was reasonable. Overall, I would say it was an okay experience but there is definitely room for improvement in terms of speed and communication.
