I recently purchased a used car from Main Street Motors through their website. Overall, my experience was average. The website was easy to navigate, and I appreciated the detailed information and photos provided for each vehicle. However, I had some issues with the customer service. It took several days for them to respond to my inquiries, and when I finally spoke to a representative, they were not very helpful or friendly. As for the car itself, it was in decent condition, but there were a few minor issues that I feel should have been disclosed upfront. The process of purchasing the car was smooth, and the delivery was on time. However, I expected better after-sales support. While the prices at Main Street Motors were competitive, I was left feeling somewhat disappointed with the overall experience.
