Lierdal sportcenter is a wonderful place to work out. The staff is great and the facilities are clean and well-maintained. I particularly enjoy their fitness classes, especially the Zumba class which is so much fun! The instructors are energetic and always make the sessions enjoyable. I always leave the sport center feeling refreshed and motivated. Highly recommend!
