I recently started banking with this institution and have found the online banking platform to be user-friendly. The mobile app is convenient for checking balances and transferring funds. Customer service has been responsive, addressing my queries in a timely manner. However, the interest rates on savings accounts are not very competitive compared to other banks. Also, the branch locations are limited, making it slightly inconvenient for in-person transactions. Overall, the experience has been satisfactory, but there are some aspects that could be improved for a more competitive offering.
