I recently purchased an insurance policy from St Benedicts Insurance Limited and overall, my experience was average. However, I found their customer service to be somewhat lacking. It took longer than expected to receive a response to my inquiries, and when I did, the answers provided were not always clear or thorough. On the positive side, I appreciated the company's competitive pricing and the straightforward process of purchasing a policy online.
