I had an average experience with Glidewell Investments & Insurance Group. The customer service was satisfactory, but nothing exceptional. I found it quite difficult to get in touch with their representatives and often had to follow up multiple times. However, once I did manage to speak with someone, they were helpful in addressing my concerns. The website could use some improvement in terms of user-friendliness and navigability. Overall, an average experience.
