I recently hired Arterra landscape architects to redesign my backyard, and while the end result was satisfactory, I felt that some parts of the project could have been better executed. The team was responsive and listened to my ideas, but I expected more creativity and innovation in the design. The overall functionality of the space is good, but it lacks the wow factor I was hoping for. However, I appreciate their professionalism and attention to detail.
