The health products from Bio-concepts, inc. are average. I have used their products for a few months and while they are not bad, they are also not outstanding. The website bio-con.com is easy to use, but I found the checkout process to be a bit confusing. The customer service team was helpful in resolving my issues, but I expected better overall. I might consider trying other brands in the future.
