I recently had an experience with a healthcare provider that left me less than impressed. The level of care was average at best, and I expected more from a reputable organization like Upper Allegheny Health System. The staff seemed disinterested and rushed, and the facilities were outdated. While nothing terrible happened during my visit, I felt like just another number in their system. I hope that Upper Allegheny Health System can improve their customer service and overall patient experience in the future.
