I recently had the opportunity to work with this advertising company and I would rate my experience as average. The website was visually appealing and user-friendly, making it easy to navigate and find the information I needed. However, the overall service was lacking. The communication with the team was not as prompt or as thorough as I would have liked. It often took longer than expected to receive responses to my inquiries, which was frustrating. Additionally, I didn't feel like the final product delivered lived up to the initial promises made. While it was satisfactory, it did not exceed my expectations. Overall, I feel that there is room for improvement in terms of communication and delivering on promises.
