As a customer, I have had an average experience with the New York State Trial Lawyers Association. While their website is informative and user-friendly, I found their customer service to be lacking. The staff was not very responsive to my inquiries and it took a long time to get a resolution to my issue. However, I appreciate their efforts in advocating for the rights of trial lawyers in the state of New York.
